4Ward Land Surveying was established in 2009 to provide a higher level of surveying service that is more attentive to the client’s needs. 4Ward focuses on producing a high-quality product that addresses the client’s current and future needs on their site. We use the most advanced equipment and CAD programs to efficiently produce projects that are complete and accurate.

Senior Project Manager
Carey is a third-generation land surveyor with more than 16 years of professional experience. Carey’s passion for surveying has grown to include geospatial surveying solutions — GIS mapping and asset management, aerial LiDAR for topography to terrestrial units for 3D modeling and digitally navigable as-builts, and subsurface utility mapping. This passion has led Carey to develop client deliverables that ride the cutting edge of capabilities while maintaining usability within established surveying and engineering workflows.
Paul Guerrero
RPLS, Project Manager
Paul, a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas, brings over 23 years of professional experience in land surveying. He is dedicated to delivering excellence through clear communication and a deep understanding of project scopes, ensuring clients receive the best-fit deliverables. Paul’s extensive experience includes large land development, construction, and roadway projects across Texas. Additionally, he enhances our team’s expertise with his project management experience in the renewable energy sector, including ALTA surveys for transmission lines and subsurface utility investigations.
